Customer Service Supervisor
Duties and Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks; Oversee customer service operation; Train customer service clerks for serving customers, responding to customer inquiries to ensure their behaviors complying with company policies and standard; Serve customers and answer questions regarding company's services and products for customers; Consult customers and recommend products and service; Solve any customers complaints arise via phone and email; Ensure customers are satisfied with company's product and service provided.
Qualification Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in customer/client service field is required. 2. Completion of college diploma or university degree is required (Preferred to be business, accounting, economics, and customer service field). 3. If candidate does not have college diploma or University degree and has only high school education, must prove at least 2 year experience in customer/client service field.
Compensation: $24.50-$27.50/hour (Depending on the experience)
Working hours: 30-40hours/week
