Shelter: BC SPCA - Maple Ridge Animal ID: 486100 Birthdate: April 27, 2018 - Young Adult Spayed/Neutered: No Female Lavender is a beautiful young girl that is looking for a home with her companion Lilac. These two girls are bonded together, and enjoy spending most of their days lounging around with each other in their favourite hiding places. Lavender and Lilac are nervous of new situations and new people, so they will need an understanding home that can help work with their fear. They enjoy getting treats, and have slowly been coming around here in the shelter. Lavender is the more outgoing of the two, and is more eager to see you when you first enter the room. She has slowly been showing Lilac that people aren't so scary after all! Both Lavender and Lilac enjoy getting attention from those they feel comfortable with, and would do best in a quieter home where they can slowly become more comfortable around their new people. Here at the shelter, we have been working with both Lavender and Lilac using a behaviour plan to help them become more comfortable with people. Their new home will need to be able to continue with their plan to ensure they have a good adjustment.
