Hi there. I have some that are from organic milk This is the ultimate health boosting pre & probiotic. Mine were imported from Europe (never frozen or freeze dried were brought over fresh) I've tried many different strains and this is one of the best out there. Just add to any milk other than coconut,soy and within 12-48 hrs you will have Strong Kefir. The longer you allow it to culture/ferment the stronger it becomes (much like yogurt). If you have problems with dairy this will help break down the lactose and it will become lactase which is an easily assimilated sugar. You can use the curds,whey to make other foods as well. Bring your own clean, empty jar.
