Early Childhood Educator

The Beautiful Montessori Daycare is looking for full-time early childhood educator. Position: Early Childhood Educator, Permanent, Full-time Job Location: 3242 Westwood Street suite 104 Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 3L8 Wage and working hours: $20.00 per hour, 30~ 40 hours per week Duties: - Plan and develop programs and activities to meet children’s physical, intellectual, social, cultural and emotional needs - Lead activities by telling or reading stories and teaching songs - Guide and assist children positively and respectfully - Engage children in activities - Observe, guide and record children's growth, behavior and development, and discuss these with parents, guardians or supervisor - Ensure all children's physical safety in the center at all times Qualifications: - Completion of college program in early childhood education is required - BC Early Childhood Educator Certificate is required. - Valid First Aid Certificate is required - Able to communicate in English at work Please send us your resume via montessoridaycarehr@yahoo.com if you meet the requirement and are interested in this position.
