Responsibilities: * Strong organizational, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Canva, Excel, Google platforms, and Microsoft Suite. * Eagerness to learn, take direction, and enhance social media marketing skills. * Goal and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team. * Manage Social Media Accounts for both Advertising and Management. * Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal clients to achieve department goals in audience and revenue. * Create, monitor, and optimize Social Media Advertising. * Oversee paid and organic marketing strategies. * Assist in department trainings and client sales calls, whether via zoom or in-person when appropriate. * Explore new revenue streams related to the Social Media Department. * Stay updated on best practices for all active social platforms.
