Restaurant Supervisor Kosoo Restaurant located Vancouver downtown, is currently seeking a qualified Restaurant Supervisor. Employer: Kosoo Restaurant Work location: 832 Cadero Street, Vancouver BC V6G 2G5 Position: Restaurant Supervisor Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~40 hours per week) Salary: $18.50 per hour Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Requirement: -1 year of work experience in the food preparation or service -Completion of Secondary School. -English ability (able to communicate) is required Main Job Duties: • Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff. • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. • Estimate and order supplies and ingredients and perform quality control check • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures. • Scheduling employees to ensure a smooth operation day to day • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards • Maintain quality control of the restaurant service How to apply: Email: kosoorestaurant.recruit@gmail.com Only selected candidate will be contacted for an interview.
